Филология ғылымдарының кандидаты, доцент Мұхтаров Сабыржан Сағидоллаұлы Қазақстан Республикасы Президенті Қасым-Жомарт Тоқаевтың Жарлығымен «Құрмет» орденімен марапатталды. Жоғары мемлекеттік марапат еліміздің идеологиялық және қоғамдық қызметіне қосқан үлесі үшін берілді. Марапатты Ақтөбе облысының әкімі салтанатты жағдайда табыстады. Университет ұжымы Сабыржан Сағидоллаұлын жоғары мемлекеттік наградасымен құттықтай отырып, ғылыми-педагогикалық және қоғамдық қызметіне табыс тілейді.

Университет түлегі, ақын, тележурналист Азамат Әбілқайыр Мемлекет басшысының қолынан «Ерен еңбегі үшін» медалін алды. Азамат Әбілқайыр – «24KZ» телеарнасының жаңалықтар жүргізушісі, журналист. Еңбек жолын туған қаласында бастап, «РИКА» және облыстық «Ақтөбе» телеарналарында қызмет етті. Университет қабырғасында да белсенді болып, қоғамдық шараларға белсене атсалысты.
