
Masterclass on the secrets of mental health held
As part of the “Jan Saulygy" Week, a masterclass on mental health preservation took place. The session was led by Ainur Kogay, self-defense trainer and head of the Academy Boxing Club, who shared ways to strengthen mental health and explained the effectiveness of the “Mindfulness” technique.
During the masterclass, participants learned how to work with their emotions and focus entirely on the present moment. Ainur Kogay emphasized the importance of overcoming stress and maintaining mental stability in daily life, demonstrating methods for managing emotions. She also highlighted that being prepared for self-defense requires not only physical but also psychological readiness.
