Regular meeting of the academic council held
Today, Zhubanov University hosted a regular meeting of the Academic Council. The event was attended by the university leadership, department heads, and faculty members.
University Rector Laura Karabasova expressed gratitude to Askar Aymukatov, who had served as the Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, for his dedicated work. She particularly highlighted his leadership in advancing scientific research within the faculty, fostering unity among the academic community, and creating a supportive academic environment.
During the meeting, several key issues related to academic and research activities were discussed, and tasks and plans for the upcoming period were approved. Topics covered included master's and doctoral research projects, the selection of candidates for the Presidential Scholarship, nominations of professors and lecturers for academic titles, and the publication of monographs.
University scholars shared their proposals and opinions on the topics discussed. The decisions made during the meeting aim to enhance the university’s scientific and educational activities, support young researchers, and create new academic opportunities.
