Zhubanov university shares experience in academic integrity development

Zhubanov University hosted a seminar on "Zhubanov University's Experience within the Academic Integrity League."

The event focused on key topics such as academic integrity development, university transformation, compliance practices, and the importance of academic integrity in the education system.

The seminar was opened by Nurgul Makhanbayeva, Head of the Academic Integrity League Project Office, who highlighted strategies for promoting academic integrity at all levels of education in Kazakhstan. Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Lyudmila Myasnikova, presented a report on the university’s transition to high-quality education based on the principles of academic integrity.

Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, Dastan Khusainov, discussed university transformation, adaptation to global educational standards, and the implementation of local solutions. Additionally, Compliance Service Head, Darkhan Musyurov, reported on anti-corruption measures at the university and their outcomes.

At the end of the seminar, participants exchanged views and discussed further ways to strengthen academic integrity at Zhubanov University.
