DOCUMENTS FOR THE GRANT COMPETITION
To participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant for higher education funded by the republican or local budget, or for studying under the state educational order funded by the republican budget, applicants must have a certificate of the Unified National Testing (UNT), which is conducted from May 16 to July 5 of the current year.
List of documents required for submission:
- Application (on a special form);
- Education document (original);
- Medical certificate (form 075-U) (must be certified by the University’s clinic, K. Zhubanov University);
- Copy of identity document (original for verification);
- UNT certificate;
- Transcript (for applicants for higher education programs requiring special and/or creative preparation, including "Pedagogical sciences");
- If applicable, copies of awards — certificates of achievement:
- Winner of international, national, regional, or city Olympiads;
- Winner of international, national scientific competitions;
- Winner of international, national sports competitions;
- Winner of international exhibitions.
- Folder (for documents).
- A5 envelope.
- Supporting documents for applicants with benefits (if applicable).
Supporting documents for applicants with benefits:
Disabled persons of groups I and II, disabled persons from childhood, children with disabilities:
- Copy of disability certificate (medical-social examination), issued by the territorial department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Persons from families raising children with disabilities from childhood or disabled persons of groups I and II:
- Copy of disability certificate (medical-social examination);
- Birth certificate of the applicant;
- Birth certificate of the child with disabilities.
Persons equated to the disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War:
- Certificate of established form or pension certificate with a note on the right to benefits;
- Certificate, letter from the military commissariat, confirming participation in combat operations;
- Document confirming service for the Soviet military contingent in Afghanistan;
- Certificate of participation in the liquidation of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster or another radiation disaster.
Persons equated to the disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War (military personnel):
- Disabled veteran certificate from the Soviet Army;
- Certificate of injury, contusion, disability, letter from the military commissariat confirming participation in combat operations.
Orphans, children left without parental care:
- Copy of the death certificate of both or the only parent or documents confirming the absence of parents (such as a court decision);
- Copy of the contract for placing the child in foster care;
- Certificate confirming the fact of being in an orphanage or a similar institution.
Persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- Identity document confirming their Kazakh nationality.
Persons entitled to benefits as part of a large family:
- Birth certificates of all minor children;
- If one of the adult children is studying full-time at a university or college, an additional certificate from the place of study valid at the time;
- Identity documents of the parents;
- Marriage certificate;
- Certificate of large family status.
Children from single-parent families:
- Birth certificate of the applicant;
- Divorce certificate;
- Identity document of one of the parents.
Persons whose one parent is deceased:
- Death certificate of one parent;
- Identity document of the surviving parent.
State educational order for training personnel with higher education for the 2022-2023 academic year (by groups of educational programs):
