According to the order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2002 No. 273-P, bachelors can be appointed to positions of the first category of technical service, junior researcher, laboratory engineer, as well as to positions of engineers in research institutes, design and design organizations without the requirement of work experience. Every year in April, the faculty organizes a "Job Fair" for graduates. It is attended by heads and representatives of institutions who make suggestions for the employment of students based on their resumes and documents.
Our graduates get jobs in the following institutions:
• specialized and educational institutions;
• Schools, colleges, lyceums and higher education institutions;
• scientific and industrial organizations;
• laboratories in the oil industry, pharmaceutical and food enterprises;
• laboratories of regional and city sanitary and epidemiological centers;
• Research institutes;
• laboratories of regional environmental departments;
• in the field of public catering and in food enterprises as a chief technologist in food specialties.
Graduates holding high positions:
A 1986 graduate of the K. Zhubanov Aktobe Pedagogical Institute with a degree in «Chemistry – Biology». Currently a lecturer at the Department of Methodology of Teaching Natural and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Institute for Professional Development for the Aktobe Region, LLP "Orleu" National Center for Teacher Training, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor.
Davletkalieva Elizaveta Sultanovna
Graduated from the specialty "Chemistry-Biology" of Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov in 1989, currently holds the position of Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on science and Innovation. Under her leadership, 10 large-scale scientific and technical programs in the field of biotechnology, biosafety and microbiology were implemented, including more than 200 scientific projects, of which 22 were carried out in international cooperation. She is the scientific director of three major scientific and technical programs in the field of biosafety. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she headed the scientific and technical program to create a vaccine against coronavirus, Doctor of Biological Sciences, professor.
Kunsulu Daltonovna Zakaria
A graduate of the K. Zhubanov Aktobe Pedagogical Institute, class of 1991, with a major in «Chemistry –Biology». Currently holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Konstantin Viktorovich Petrov
А 1997 graduate of the K. Zhubanov Aktobe State University with a degree in «Chemistry». Currently serves as the Director of TOO "HydroEcoResource".

Krebaeva Lyazzat Utepbergenovna
Graduated from Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov with a degree in «Chemistry» in 1999, winner of the medals "Batyr Shapagaty", "30 years of Independence of Kazakhstan", "The best pedagogical activity". "Teacher of the Year-2008" of Zhetysu district, winner of the Grand Prix. In addition, there are certificates of honor from the akim of the district and the city of Almaty for their contribution to the upbringing and education of the younger generation. Bauyrzhan Turemuratovich was included in the list of the best teachers of the encyclopedia "modern education in Kazakhstan" in 2013. Currently, he is the director of the Kazakh school "Tamos Education" in Almaty.

A 2006 graduate of K. Zhubanov Aktobe State Pedagogical University with a degree in Chemistry and Biology, currently serving as the Principal of School № 18 in Aktobe.
