Тhe main achievements of the department of "artistic work and design" during the period of its formation and development include:

Development and Implementation of Educational Programs:

Successful creation and accreditation of four educational programs that meet modern requirements in the fields of design and art.

Qualified Faculty:

Formation of a team of highly qualified specialists, including professors, candidates of sciences, and master's degree holders.

Research and Publications:

Active participation in scientific research, publication of articles in peer-reviewed journals, and participation in conferences.

Innovative Teaching Methods:

Implementation of modern technologies and methodologies in the educational process, including distance learning and project-based work.

Industry Collaboration:

Establishment of partnerships with enterprises and institutions in the fields of design and art, facilitating student internships.

Participation in Competitions and Exhibitions:

Regular participation of students and faculty in competitions and exhibitions, allowing them to showcase their achievements at regional and national levels.

Preparation of Specialists:

Training of highly qualified specialists in demand in the labor market, as evidenced by the successful employment of graduates.

These achievements testify to the high level of work of the department and its contribution to the development of educational and scientific fields.

In 2020, the educational program 6B01405 — Visual Arts, Artistic Labor, Graphics and Projecting underwent specialized accreditation for a period of 5 years.

In 2021, the educational programs 6B02102 — Design and 6B07207 — Technology and Construction of Light Industry Products received specialized accreditation for a period of 5 years.

In 2023, the educational program 7М01405 — Visual Arts, Artistic Labor, Graphics and Projecting underwent specialized accreditation for a period of 3 years.

 

WHAT SPECIFIC CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE CURRICULUM AFTER ACCREDITATION?

1.    Updating Curriculum:
•    Educational Program 6B01406 — Artistic Education (Finnish Project).
2.    Improving Teaching Methods:
•    Implementation of new technologies and approaches in education, such as blended learning and project-based methodologies.
3.    Enhancing Faculty Qualifications:
•    Organization of professional development courses and participation in seminars for the teaching staff.
4.    Strengthening Practical Training:
•    Expanding opportunities for internships and practical experiences on real projects.
5.    Student Feedback:
•    Implementation of systems for collecting and analyzing student feedback to improve the quality of education.
6.    Memoranda and International Cooperation:
•    Establishing connections with foreign universities for the exchange of experiences and programs.

Memoranda:

In 2022, a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed with "A-Textile."

In 2023, a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed with Ili State Pedagogical University (People's Republic of China).

In 2023, a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed with Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry (Tashkent City).

In 2024, a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed with KGU "Secondary School No. 56."

In 2024, a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed with Samarkand Architectural and Construction University (Samarkand City).

In 2024, a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed with the National Institute of Art and Design named after K. Behzod (Tashkent City).

Branches of the department

According to the results of the rating of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2021, the educational program 6B01405 — "Visual art, artistic work, graphics and design" of the department of "Artistic work and Design" took the 3rd place. In 2022, the educational program 6B02102 — Design of the Department of "Art work and Design" took 5th place.

Alongside the education and upbringing of the younger generation, scientific research, and creative activities, the professors and instructors of the department actively participate in public events, addressing pressing issues in the media, which leads to significant achievements. They are recipients of various awards.

In 2007, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor M.A. Suteeva was awarded the badge "For Merits in the Development of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

In 2015, instructors S.Kh. Mukhangaliyeva and Z.B. Taymanova were recognized at the International Innovation Competition "Golden Fleece."

In September 2007, A.Z. Umbetova was awarded the badge "Best Teacher of AGPI."

On June 12, 2015, Senior Lecturer K.R. Koblanov was awarded the badge named after A. Baitursynov "For Contribution to the Cause of Enlightenment."

On June 12, 2015, Senior Lecturer Zh.K. Esengulov was awarded the badge "Excellence in Education."

In 2017, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor M.M. Shashtygarin was awarded a "Letter of Appreciation" from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2018, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor M.S. Kurgambekov was awarded an "Honorary Certificate" from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2018, the department's workshop instructor G.N. Turetaeva received patent No. 2870 for the industrial design of a Collection of Youth Clothing.

In 2023, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor B.M. Momenov was awarded the diploma "Academician of the National Academy of Design."

In 2023, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) M.Kh. Pirimzharov was awarded the badge "Best Educator - 2023."

Students of the Department of "Artistic Labor and Design," alongside scientific research and public events, actively participate in creative competitions and exhibitions, achieving significant results.

Spambetova Aya Ardakovna

  • From 2013 to 2018, she studied at the Academy of Children's Creativity at the City Palace of Schoolchildren, graduating with honors in Fine Arts and Applied Arts.
  • Since 2014, she has been a participant in international master classes and a member of the UNESCO Club. She graduated from school with the "Altyn Belgi" award.
  • On March 29, 2019, she organized her first solo exhibition of portraits titled "Life and Art."
  • By the decision of the Academic Council of Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov on March 5, 2019, she was awarded the medal "Best Student."
  • On November 2, 2019, she organized a solo exhibition titled "Creativity Without Borders," dedicated to the Year of Youth, showcasing works in various techniques.
  • On November 9, 2019, she organized an exhibition of portraits created specifically for the champions of the "Zhashtar" hockey league.
  • In the Year of Youth, she received the badge "Best Student - 2019" for outstanding achievements in education, science, art, and sports.
  • In the online project "Ұстазы жаксынды-құсыы жұмды," an exhibition was held showcasing educators who preserve the life and artistic path of Zhubanov University.
  • She received a "Letter of Appreciation" from the Akim of Aktobe Region O. Orazalin for her active participation in the socio-political life of the region and involvement in the implementation of state youth policy in the framework of the 30th anniversary of Independence.
  • On October 11, 2021, an exhibition titled "Inspiration" featuring stars of the film world was organized at the Student Palace.
  • On April 8, 2022, a collaboration with the MOST Creative Hub resulted in an exhibition of personal portraits dedicated to Korean stars. As part of the Year of Cultural Exchange between Kazakhstan and South Korea, a solo exhibition of portraits was organized at the Regional Museum of Arts.
