The Council of the House of Students is created as a permanent representative organization of the house of students and operates on the basis of the charter of the house of Students.
The Student Disciplinary Council of the House of Students has the right:
- participation in the consideration of social and financial issues affecting the interests of local students;
- Participation in the consideration of issues related to violations and regulations on students' homes;
- submitting proposals to the university administration on the appeals and complaints of students living in the students' house.
