The groundwork of the Zhubanov University’s Youth Palace with an auditorium for 1000 seats was laid in 2007. Along with organizing events at various levels in the building were carried out the concerts of well-known in the artists of Republic.
In March 2017, the renovated Youth Palace hosted a Grand opening under the program of the Elbasy "Year of Youth". In a new form 144 seats located in conference room "Mangilik El", cinema hall "Cinema Zhubanov" with 150 seats, exhibition hall, atrium, study of choral arts named after people's artist of Roza Zhamanova, dance hall named after the first ballerina of Kazakhstan Nursulu Tapalova, piano class, a multimedia room, a study of techniques of musical art, class of Bayan and the class of the Dombra.
The renovated Youth Palace is one of the major cultural centers of the Aktobe region. The Palace hosts international, national, and regional events of various levels.
