The Registrar’s Office is a division of the Department of Academic Affairs that coordinates the academic activities of faculties and departments in accordance with the main strategic directions, aiming to improve the efficiency and quality organization of the educational process for the implementation of higher education programs at the university.
Main areas of activity:
Organization of the educational process:
- Development of the Academic Calendar.
- Coordination of student registration and re-registration for academic disciplines, formation of study plans.
- Creation of academic cohorts and/or groups based on elective course registration results in the automated system.
- Identification of academic differences for transferred, reinstated students, and those returning from academic leave.
- Promotion of students from one academic year to the next.
Management of student enrollment records:
- Issuance of official orders regarding students.
- Preparation of monthly reports on student movement.
- Preparation of annual 1-NK and 3-NK reports on student enrollment statistics.
Student services and documentation:
- Ensuring the safekeeping of student personal files.
- Coordinating the provision of consulting services and issuing official documents upon student request.
- Monthly reporting to the Financial Center for the disbursement of state educational grant scholarships.
- Processing documents of students applying for available state grant vacancies and submitting them to the relevant authorities.
