General requirements for foreign scientists at Aktobe Regional State University named after K. ZhubanovThe work of foreign scientists from the point of view of modern approaches to the educational process and is aimed at internationalizing education at the university, allows students to develop their competence with new knowledge and teaching methods, which stimulates the active implementation of the principles of the Bologna process and increases the competitiveness of the university.
The main criteria and prerequisites for inviting a foreign scientist:
- It is confirmed by the scientist's experience in the international academic community, articles in scientific publications, and recommendations from scientists in the relevant field.
- Compliance of the goals of a foreign scientist with strategic goals and objectives, priority areas of development of the university and the invited department.
- He has at least 5 years of work experience in an educational institution, confirmed by relevant documents, academic title (doctor, candidate, Ph.D. doctor), academic degree (professor, associate professor).
- Availability of publications in scientific journals, as well as in scientific publications with a high impact factor.
- The duration is 2 weeks or more.

General requirements
for invited foreign teachers
The following requirements are established for inviting a foreign teacher to the K.Zhubanov ARSU:
- A foreign teacher is considered to be a foreign citizen, a scientist or a highly qualified specialist in the field of education.
- The purpose of the foreign teacher's visit: to give a course of lectures, consultations and practical (seminar) classes to students, undergraduates and doctoral students of the university;
- The presence of an academic degree of candidate of sciences or Doctor of PhD, as well as an honorary title;
- Availability of international scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals, high level of publication activity;
- The minimum period of stay of a foreign scientist at the university should be at least 4 weeks;
- Work experience in educational and scientific activities, compliance with the taught specialty;
- Authority in the international academic community or the availability of recommendations;
- The effectiveness of the results of past visits conducted on the initiative of K.Zhubanov ARSU;
- Communication with a foreign university that is developing or has prospects for a strategic partnership with K.Zhubanov ARSU.
