Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov is organized in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Science" for the activation of research activities of young scientists; ensuring a high scientific level of the content of education; the introduction of research results into the educational process and practice.
The Council of Young Scientists is an elected body that exercises overall leadership of the research activities of young scientists of Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov.
Tasks of the Council of Young Scientists:
- involving students and young scientists in the research work of the departments, research units and scientific and creative associations of the university;
- promotion of the formation of scientific and creative associations of students and young scientists of various organizational and legal forms for solving scientific and practical problems;
- provision of conditions for the identification, disclosure and development of talented and talented students and young scientists; development of their creative initiative and activity on the basis of mastering the latest knowledge, scientific and technical achievements;
- expansion of international scientific cooperation of youth and students;
- improving the quality and effectiveness of youth research;
- promoting the image of the university.
- The work of the Council of Young Scientists is led by the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists Dr. Phd, the senior lecturer Zh. E. Imanchiev.
