In the rating of the National chamber of entrepreneurs “Atameken” 2019, EP 6В01501-Mathematics took the 1st place, in 2020 EP 6В01501-Mathematics took the 3rd place, in 2019 EP 6В05401-Mathematics took the 3rd place.
At the Department of Mathematics, a circle was organized to prepare students for the Olympics. The best members of the circle annually participate in the subject Republican Olympiads and win prizes.
In 2016, the team of specialty 5B010900 took the 3rd place at the Republican Subject Olympiad (Turkestan).
In 2017 at the IXth Republican subject Olympiad, held on April 12-13 in Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University, the team of the specialty 5B010900- “Mathematics” (P. Esenaliev, E.Tilegenov, A.Raisov) under the leadership of A.E. Imanchiev took the 2nd place in the team event, the 3rd year student Raisov Adilet took 3rd place in the individual championship.
In 2018 at the Xth Republican subject Olympiad, held on April 12-13 in I.Zhansugurov Zhetisu State University, the team of the specialty 5B010900- “Mathematics” (Raisov Adilet, Nazhmadinov Marat, Kazmagambetov Nurbolat,) under the leadership of A .E. Imanchiev took the 1st place in the team event, the 4th year student Raisov Adilet took 3rd place in the individual championship
In 2019 at the XIth Republican subject Olympiad, held on April 16-19 in Pavlodar State University, the team of the specialty 5B010900- “Mathematics” (Nazhmadinov Marat, Zhanai Nurdaulet, Kazmagambetov Nurbolat,) under the leadership of T.T.Sheriyazdan took the 3rd place in the team event.
Students of specialty 6В05401 / 5В060100 – “Mathematics” take an active part in republican Olympiads, they have repeatedly won prizes:
– In 2013 – B.Zhelgeldin – 2nd place in individual competition, A.Seytmambetov – 3rd place in individual competition; B.Zhilgeldin, Sh.Birlikov, A.Seytmambetov – the 4th team place in the Republican Olympiad in mathematics among the universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KazNGU after al-Farabi, Almaty).
– In 2015 – A.Rakhmetov and E.Samatova – 1st place in the individual classification, A.Amanzhosov – 3rd place in personal competition at the 7th Republican subject Olympiad, Almaty;
– In 2016 – Adіlet Amangosov, Adіlet Rakhmetov, Konisbek Қaiyrov, Ali Azamat – 3rd team place on the Republican student’s subject Olympiad on specialty “Mathematics”, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana); Ali Azamat, a student of the 1st year, was awarded a diploma.
– In 2017 – the team was awarded a diploma for successful participation in the IX-th Republican student subject Olympiad in the specialty “Mathematics”, Astana.

In 2017, a third-year student of the specialty 6В05401 / 5В060100-Mathematics Ali Azamat, according to the results of the Elite HR Holding competition, became the winner in the nomination “The Best Student of 2017”.

Fourth year student of the specialty 5B010900 – “Mathematics” Onaybaeva M. under the guidance of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor A.U. Bekbauova took part in the republican creative contests “My pedagogical novelty”, which held at the international level from 03/02/2018 to 03/04/2018., received the title of laureate and took 2nd place. At the International Competition of Scientific Works and Master’s Projects of Students and Undergraduates using ICT, which held in Karaganda from April 4 to 5, 2018, M. Onaybayeva was awarded a diploma of the 2nd degree on the topic “Application of innovative technologies in a mathematics lesson with an updated program”.
First-year students of the specialty 5B010900- “Mathematics” Zh. Kalimenova and N. Kalmenova took 3rd place in the International Competition of Scientific Works and Creative Projects of Students and Undergraduates in the “Innovative Teaching Aid” nomination for scientific work on the topic “Innovative Methods and methods of organizing the independent work of students in the discipline “Discrete Mathematics and Mathematical Logic, performed under the guidance of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor A.U. Bekbauova.
2nd year student of specialty 6B01501-mathematics Umirzakova Gulshat, 1st year student of specialty 6B05401-mathematics Abdishev Aisultan took 1st place in the I International subject Olympiad among students (Almaty, 2019).
In 2019-2020 academic year, 4th-year student of the specialty 5B060100-Mathematics V. V. Eliseeva took the 3rd place at the Republican competition of research and development on the topic”Applications of graph theory” performed under the guidance of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, associate Professor of the Department of mathematics A. U. Akhmetova.
In 2019-2020 academic year, within the framework of the “Science Week-2020”, the prize in the “Best PhD student” competition was taken by the doctoral student of the educational program 6D060100 – “Mathematics” Zhamanshin Akylbek.
In 2020-2021 academic year, a student of the specialty 6B01501 –”Mathematics” Maratbe-kova Ulbolsyn, as well as 6 students of the specialty 6B05401 – “Mathematics” took prizes in the 2nd Republican Olympiad in Mathematics:

In the framework of the program of academic mobility foreign and domestic scientists were invited to give lectures:
From June 11 to June 15, 2018 at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the ARSU named after Zhubanov, there were lectures by Professor Ahmet Marat Ubaidullovich (Ankara, Turkey, Middle-Eastern Technical University).
From October 22 to October 26, 2018, the following scientists attended lectures for doctoral students:
Ramazanov Marat Davidovich – Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor at the Bashkir State University (Ufa), Senior Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics at the Ufa Federal Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences;
Djumabayev Dulat Syzdykbekovich – Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor, Chief Officer of the Department of Differential Equations of the Institute of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling, member of the editorial board of the journal “Bulletin of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Series of Physical and Mathematical Sciences”, permanent expert of several international mathematical periodicals;
Asanova Anar Turmaganbetovna – Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, has published over 290 scientific papers, more than 30 of them have been published in authoritative international periodicals. Over the past 5 years, the index Hirsch -6 (Web of Science, Scopus);
Tasmamabetov Zhaksylyk Nuradinovich – Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the International Academy of Informatization, author of more than 220 scientific papers.
In the first half of the 2017-2018 academic year under the program of internal academic mobility, professor Zh. A. Sartabanov read lectures for postgraduates of M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University on the discipline “Mathematical analysis on varieties and stochastic analysis.” In October, 2018, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Sartabanov Zhayshylyk Almaganbetovich was in the Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmullah of the city of Ufa Bashkortostan and read lectures on the topic “Multi-periodic solutions of autonomous systems with a differentiation operator along the diagonal of time and Lyapunov vector field of spatial variables”.
In the first half of the 2018-2019 academic year according to the plan of academic mobility, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, associate professor I. I. Illyas held lectures for undergraduates of the 1st course of West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov on the topic “Algebraic and transcendental numbers and their problems”, as well as for undergraduates of the 2nd course – on the topics “History of the fifth postulate of Euclid”, “Lobachevsky’s geometry”. Professor Zh. Kaidassov held lectures for undergraduate students of West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov on the topic “Two-dimensional manifolds of negative curvature” and for undergraduates of the 2nd course on the subject “Methods of teaching mathematics in high school”.
Tleubergenova M.A. held a scientific internship in Ankara (Turkey) from November 11, 2018 to November 17, 2018 within the framework of the project “Cellular neural networks with continuous discrete time and singular perturbations”.
10.01.2018 year, at the faculty of Physics and Mathematics, was held a seminar on “Activity pedagogy” by the professor of Moscow State University named after M.B.Lomonosov, doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences A.V. Borovskikh.
March 11-15, 2019, at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, were given guest lectures by Doctor of Pedagogical sciences, Honored Worker of Higher School of the Russian Federation, Professor Senkina Gulzhan Erzhanovna (Smolensk, Russia).
Lectures were held for undergraduates of the specialty 6M010900- “Mathematics” and students of the specialty 5B010900- “Mathematics”.
In the 2017-2018 academic year, under the program of external academic mobility, the 3rd year student of the specialty “5В060100-Mathematics” Ali Azamat was educated at the University of Vytautas Magnus in Lithuania (Kaunas).
In the first half of the 2017-2018 academic year, second-year student Karzhaubayeva Gulsara, gained knowledge at the Kazakh State Women’s Pedagogical University (Almaty) under the program of internal academic mobility. Second-year student Seyil Assem studied at Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata.
In addition, with the program of internal academic mobility the second-year student Keldin Amankeld from the Atyrau State University named after Kh.Dosmukhamedov studied at our university.
In the second half of the 2017-2018 academic year, Sobira Abdullayeva and Kyrgyzbay Symbat, students of 3rd courses, gained knowledge at the South Kazakhstan Pedagogical Institute (Shymkent) under the program of internal academic mobility.

In addition, student of Osh State University (Kyrgyz Republic) – Akzhol kyzy Tattuugul studied at our university under the program of academic mobility.
According to the program of academic mobility in the 2018-2019 academic year, 3 students (Sagidullayeva Balausa, Amangeldi Sharbanu, Aitpaganbetova Gulsezim) studied in Uralsk at the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov. In addition, with the program of internal academic mobility the students of third courses Ongarbayeva Nurgul and Kuanyshova Aidana from the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov studied at our university.
Under the program of external academic mobility, second-year student of the specialty “5B010900-Mathematics” Ekibayev Nurzhigit educated at the University of Gdansk, Poland.
Under the program of external academic mobility 1st year undergraduate student of Aktobe Regional State University named after K.Zhubanov, specialty 6M010900- “Mathematics” Rakhimov Gulzada studied at the University of Kastamonu in Turkey.
In the 2019-2020 academic year, under the program of internal academic mobility, the 3rd year student of the specialty “5В010900-Mathematics” Bolat Zhanerke studied at the Kazakh National Pedegogical University named after Abai.
