
Zhubanov university scholar receives academician N. Bazanova award
In honor of International Women's Day, an award ceremony named after Academician N. Bazanova was held in Almaty, organized by the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This prestigious award was granted to 48 scholars who have made significant contributions to the development of national science and demonstrated outstanding achievements in various scientific fields.
Among the awardees was Madina Tleubergenova, Head of the Mathematics Department at Zhubanov University, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and Associate Professor.
It is worth noting that Academician Nailyа Orazgulovna Bazanova was the first female academician in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, a distinguished physiologist, and a public figure. She was the first Kazakh woman to earn a Doctorate in Biological Sciences, become a Professor, an Academician of the Kazakh SSR Academy of Sciences, and receive the title of Honored Scientist of Kazakhstan.
