Scientific council meeting: new initiatives and university development discussed
Today, Zhubanov University held its regular Scientific Council meeting, attended by board members, department heads, and faculty members.
The meeting began with good news: the university's academic community welcomed three new PhD holders. Gulnar Obaeva (Senior Lecturer, Kazakh Literature Department), Mayra Baltymova (Senior Lecturer, Psychology and Special Pedagogy Department), and Narkozy Kartzhan (Director of the Department of Social Affairs and Youth Policy) were awarded their PhD degrees.
University Rector Laura Karabasova congratulated them, emphasizing that every academic achievement is highly valued.

Strategic plans for 2024 and new goals for 2025
Enhancing the university’s official online presence
Faculty recommendations for publishing educational materials
Each topic was accompanied by presentations and concrete decisions. Faculty members actively participated, sharing their insights and proposals on the discussed issues.
