Second stage of the “Step into science” project has been completed

Today, the second stage of the “Step into Science” project kicked off at Zhubanov University. This project is a unique initiative for women who have stepped away from science but wish to return to it.

The project participants are women who have completed their master’s degrees but temporarily suspended their scientific careers due to family or other personal reasons. At today’s meeting, these highly qualified specialists shared their experiences and gained new knowledge.

University Rector Laura Karabasova noted that this project is a great opportunity for women eager to return to science and emphasized that all university resources are open to support them.

One of the participants, young mother Bakhytgul Nurzhanova, expressed her gratitude to the university’s administration for launching the project and for the opportunity to re-engage with science. “Thanks to this project, we received valuable advice on applying for doctoral programs. Experts shared important experiences with us,” she said.

During the meeting, Zamzagul Aimagambetova spoke about the importance and opportunities of returning to science and invited participants to take part in a Q&A session.

It is worth noting that the modern scientific laboratories at Zhubanov University provide participants of the project with excellent opportunities to conduct research, perform experiments, and document their results.
Let’s return to science and reach new heights!
