ERG company offers internships and job opportunities to Zhubanov university students
Yesterday, Zhubanov University hosted the “ERG Day” event with the participation of representatives from enterprises that are part of the Eurasian Group. The main goal of the event was to introduce students to internship and employment opportunities at enterprises of JSC “TNK Kazchrome,” as well as to provide a comprehensive overview of the company's operations.
The event was attended by university representatives, specialists from the transnational company Kazchrome, and 4th-year students.
During the meeting, Dina Zhangalieva, HR and Culture Director of the Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant, spoke about the benefits and compensations offered to employees, as well as personnel development programs:
“At today’s meeting, we provided graduates with information about the opportunities offered by the companies within the Eurasian Group. The students participated actively and asked many questions. We are glad to see young people who clearly understand the career path they want to pursue,” said Dina Zhangalieva.
Additionally, Sabina Tuktamysheva, a specialist in social projects and social support at the Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant power stations, shared information about internship opportunities available at the plant’s power facilities.
This event offered students a great opportunity to learn more about their future professions, the labor market, and what it’s like to work in the industrial sector.
