Zhubanov university scholars included in the list of most cited authors in the Web of Science database
The National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has published a list of the most cited articles by Kazakhstani authors in the Web of Science database for the years 2020–2024. The list is compiled across six major scientific fields.
Researchers from Zhubanov University are also among the most cited leading scholars included in this list. Notably, Rector Laura Karabasova, PhD in Education, was recognized in the field of Humanities and Arts. In addition, Dr. Klara Torebayeva, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Gulbanu Izbasarova, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Meyramgul Yesengulova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor, as well as Arman Isimov, PhD in Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of Biology, and Damira Musina, PhD and Project Manager of the Heriot-Watt University Aktobe Campus in the field of Technical Sciences, were also included.
A list of the 50 most cited authors across all scientific disciplines was presented. Each author is recognized in only one scientific category.
The number of citations reflects the relevance and quality of the researchers work, highlighting their high standing in the academic community and the significance of their scientific contributions.
