The Summer Science School – 2025 for Teachers Concludes Successfully

On June 20, 2025, following the results of the Summer Science School «Summer Science School – 2025», more than 50 teachers were awarded special certificates.

In addition, teaching staff distinguished by their research activity received the «Most Cited Researcher» nomination. This award is based on internationally recognized scientific research and the number of citations in authoritative databases.

In particular, the «Most Cited Researcher» title was awarded to Kuanyshbek Shunkeev, Bauyrjan Kelamanov, Lyazat Tastanova, Amirbek Bekeshev, Madina Tleubergenova, Aigul Sergeyeva, Dauren Esengaliev, and Nurgul Zhantyruna. Speakers who actively participated in the Summer School and made a significant contribution to the academic environment with their lectures were also recognized. They received a special letter of appreciation from the university’s rector.

Over the course of the two-week program, participants attended various seminars, workshops, and practical training sessions. The program’s speakers delivered informative lectures on organizing scientific activities and publishing research results. Participants were provided with essential guidance covering the full cycle of research project implementation — from preparing grant applications to carrying out projects. They also received advice on the international scholarship «Bolashak», participation in the «Best University Teacher» competition, as well as information on the commercialization of scientific developments.

Furthermore, within the framework of the Summer School, participants learned strategies for increasing research publication activity, selecting appropriate academic journals, improving citation indexes, and working effectively with international scientific databases.
