On 19 August 2025 at Zhubanov University above rector Laura Karabassova’s chairman was held apparat conference . The order of the day were considered questions preparition for new academic year. Rector noted that special attention will be focused on fortune students,their adaptations and placement in residence. “Collective of university must be ready to establish a beneficially environment for access younger good quality education.-said Karabaasova.

At the meeting there was represented reports on different directions . Enrolment company: vice rector of academic job Myassinski reported that in this year will accepted about 3 thousand students of which 1,155 are holders of state grants. 60% of the scholarship holders are from Aktobe region. Infrastructure: Chief of Staff Ruslan Sailkhanov reported that the academic buildings and dormitories are fully ready, repairs, sanitary and safety work have been carried out. Partnership:the director of department Career and professional orientation Amre noted that,that university has established partnerships with more than 500 production and training bases.  Student adaptation: Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work, Narcozy Kartzhan, spoke about the adaptation week for first-year students and the measures of social support.  

Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation, R.A. Beknazarov, focused on the research activities and the human resources potential of the faculties. He also mentioned that the university has received several research grants.

 Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, D.S. Khusainov, reported on the university’s strategic indicators and the work on internationalization.

Press secretary E.M. Shym spoke about the openness of the university to society and the ongoing information activities. In her closing remarks, Rector Laura Karabassova outlined concrete tasks for the successful start of the new academic year. She instructed the university staff to carry out well-coordinated work, apply innovative approaches, expand international cooperation, and strengthen student support mechanisms.
