A Partnership in Training and Professional Support Has Been Established
K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University and the Department of Emergency Situations of Aktobe region signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation. The document was signed by the Rector of the University, Laura Karabassova, and the Head of the Department, Colonel Kaharman Orazalin.
The main purpose of the memorandum is to train competitive specialists in the field of law, expand students’ professional experience, and increase the demand for graduates in the labor market. Within the partnership, initiatives will be implemented to combine the educational process with practice, attract young specialists to government service, and improve professional skills.
According to the agreement, undergraduate and graduate students of Zhubanov University will be able to undertake academic, industrial, and research internships at the Department of Emergency Situations. It is also planned to carry out joint scientific projects, conferences, seminars, and round tables. The university will provide methodological support to DES specialists in the field of IT and implement projects in the area of psychological assistance.
This cooperation contributes to improving the quality of legal training, developing legal culture in the region, and forming a human resources reserve in the civil protection system. It also helps identify the professional orientation of young people and increases their interest in public service.
