At Zhubanov University a round table was held on the theme “Ата заңым – айбыным”

A round table on the theme “Ата заңым – айбыным” was held at K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was attended by representatives of government agencies, lawyers, scientists, and experts.

The first report was delivered by the Head of the Department of Justice of Aktobe region, Timur Ubushev, who spoke about the historical role of the Constitution in building the rule of law.

The Senior Prosecutor of the Aktobe City Prosecutor’s Office, Saken Bertleuov, presented a report entitled “30 Years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 30 Years of the Path – Constitution and Development of the Country,” in which he highlighted the main achievements.

The Senior Inspector for Juvenile Affairs of the Local Police Service, Manarbek Koishybaev, emphasized the importance of law and order for the stability of society. The Head of the Department of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, Police Colonel and Candidate of Legal Sciences Aigul Ibraeva, presented a scientific analysis of the role of the Constitution in sustainable development.

In addition, the Head of the Department of Jurisprudence, PhD Ainur Nurutdinova, delivered a report on the topic “Evolution of Constitutional Values: 30 Years of Stability and Development,” in which she explained in detail the role and significance of the Constitution in society.

At the end of the meeting, participants exchanged views in a question-and-answer format.
