Chinese scientists held a guest lecture
An important scientific event took place today at Zhubanov University.
At the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, internationally recognized researchers from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) — Associate Professor, PhD Xin Wang (h-index 68), and Professor, PhD Yanbei Hou (h-index 34) — delivered a lecture.
The Chinese scientists shared the results of their research on vitrimers based on epoxy materials, which have unique properties: fire resistance, recyclability, and self-healing ability.
These developments mark an important step in creating sustainable polymer systems and highlight the importance of environmentally oriented technologies of the future.
