Panel Session on Training System Development Held at Zhubanov University

On September 29, 2025, a panel session was held at Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov on the topic «Regional Map of Staffing Needs in Aktobe Region and the Role of Artificial Intelligence in the Development of Professional Training.»

The event was organized by Zhubanov University together with the National Center for Educational Programs. The discussion brought together representatives of the Aktobe Region Dwepartment of Education, regional universities and colleges, employers, career guidance specialists, as well as representatives of the Corporate Fund «Science and Innovation»and Aqtobe IT Hub.

During the session, a regional map was presented to determine the staffing needs of the area. Speakers highlighted the importance of accurate forecasting of workforce demand. The potential of artificial intelligence in training specialists was also widely discussed.

Participants exchanged views on improving the professional training system and on effective human resources planning in line with the region’s economic development.
