Digitalization introduction process
At Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov was held the traditional festival «Табысты түлек-2025».
The aim of the event – career guidance for students and graduates, establishing direct contacts with employers, and learning about current job opportunities. The festival featured interactive exhibitions of scientific achievements of the university and regional institutions, technology booths, and VR presentations, as well as an open platform for dialogue with employers. Practical workshops were also organized for students on career counseling, resume writing, and creating LinkedIn profiles.
An important part of the festival was held in the TEDx format titled «The Graduate’s Path», where university graduates who achieved success in manufacturing, education, business, public service, and creativity shared their achievements and experiences. This contributed to the growth of professional motivation among young people and a deeper understanding of the demands of the job market.
This year, university graduates have made significant contributions to the region’s leading enterprises. Most of the 2025 graduates are employed in major regional companies and government organizations such as the Aktobe Chromium Compounds Plant, the Aktobe branch of Kazakhtelecom JSC, CNPC-Aktobemunaigas JSC, the Aktobe Rail and Beam Plant LLP, and institutions in the fields of education and healthcare. These achievements demonstrate the university’s strong connection with the job market and the high quality of its graduates.
According to statistics, 78% of graduates were employed in the last academic year, and 65% of them are working in their field of study. The most in-demand areas of study are pedagogy, engineering, IT, and economics. These positive results show the effectiveness of dual training and joint internship programs with enterprises. Үй

The university’s graduates are successfully working in various industries of the region and demonstrate their professional potential.
