Psychological Well-being and Student Safety as a Top Priority
A meeting dedicated to student safety and psychological support was held.
During the session, the rector instructed the faculty deans to strengthen efforts in building ethically correct communication with students, providing support on academic and personal matters, and maintaining mutual understanding with parents.
The importance of preventive measures against bullying, violence, and other offenses among students was emphasized. It was noted that strict adherence to the university’s internal regulations is the foundation for maintaining a safe and respectful educational environment.
To support students, a complaint system operates through the compliance service’s call center and psychologists. Faculty members were also reminded to respect students’ individuality, refrain from making public comments about their appearance or clothing, and uphold ethical standards both inside and outside the classroom.
During the meeting, it was reaffirmed that protecting students’ rights and creating a positive psychological atmosphere remain among the university’s top priorities.
