Open Dialogue: Safety and Social Support

As part of the international campaign «16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence,» the university hosted a roundtable discussion with representatives of the university administration, researchers, faculty members, and specialists in psychological safety.

The purpose of the event was to draw the attention of the academic community to the creation of a safe environment, the promotion of gender equality, and the protection of human rights.

Participants emphasized the importance of prioritizing safety and providing timely support to those in need. In light of increasing societal challenges, they highlighted the relevance of strengthening a culture of mutual support, openly discussing sensitive issues, and fostering communication based on respect.

During the event, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the university and the psychological support center «JAN AHUAL» to develop a comprehensive psychological support system for students and enhance social safety measures.

The meeting served as a discussion platform that facilitated dialogue on shared changes and innovations in the social and educational spheres.
