A Representative of Chevron Visited Zhubanov University

Chair of the Board and Rector Laura Karabasova held a meeting with John Dorffeld, Manager of Chevron’s investment fund.

During the meeting, the parties discussed potential partnerships in the field of education and the development of modern educational projects.

Dastan Khussainov, Member of the University Board and Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Digitalization, introduced the Chevron representative to the organization of the academic process, research potential, and student infrastructure of the Aktobe campus of Heriot-Watt University.

The discussion also focused on establishing mutually beneficial cooperation with Chevron and expanding opportunities for industrial internships.
