Professional Potential of Creative Industry Workers Enhanced
Certificates were awarded to participants of the professional development and retraining course for cultural and leisure sector employees.
The course was organized jointly by the Professional and Creative Faculty of K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University and the Innovative Center for Continuing Education “Zhiger”.
The training program is aimed at improving the professional competence of specialists working in cultural centers, concert halls, and various creative fields. The course content is based on the need to develop spiritual and moral values, as well as the emotional, aesthetic, and intellectual potential of individuals in leisure organization.
The course was held in both online and offline formats from 13 October to 2 December. The total workload amounted to 116 hours.
