Student Youth of the Aktobe Region Actively Participated in the Discussion of the Draft New Constitution

Members of the National Coalition held a meeting at Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov to discuss the draft of the new Constitution and explain its key provisions.

Yerlan Karin met with senior students and members of the University’s academic staff. During the event, the State Advisor spoke in detail about the process of developing the draft Constitution and its significance for the country’s future.

In his speech, he highlighted Kazakhstan’s multifaceted path of development, shaped by its rich history and important milestones. Today, the country is entering a new stage of its development. In this context, the new Constitution represents an important step that will define the strategic direction of the nation’s progress. It was emphasized that the adoption of the new Constitution will help form a modern model of the state and lay the foundation for the country’s future.

The draft Constitution places particular emphasis on the development of human capital and the consolidation of strategic priorities in the fields of education, science, and innovation.

Special attention was also given to the role of the volunteer movement as an important form of active civic engagement among young people. It was noted that senior students, possessing professional competence and leadership potential, are capable of promoting the values of justice, cooperation, and service to society.

During the open dialogue, participants asked questions regarding the practical implementation of constitutional provisions. They also expressed their support for the draft Constitution, highlighting its strategic importance for strengthening the principles of justice, advancing education and science, and creating conditions for the professional self-realization of young people.
