A national forum for career guidance specialists was held at Zhubanov University. During the event, participants discussed current issues in the field of career guidance, provided recommendations on strengthening continuity between schools and universities, preparing specialists who meet labor market demands, and effectively using digital tools.

Official representative of the National Testing Center, IT designer and educator Aidos Zhumanazar spoke about the features of career guidance in the era of artificial intelligence.

Zhasulan Kuandyk, author of the JASTAR.ONLINE platform, highlighted the impact of applicants’ educational choices on the development of the country’s intellectual resources.

Dias Asanov, Head of the School Counseling Service at JOO High School, discussed the influence of parents and schools on career guidance, as well as students’ responsibility when choosing a profession.

Zhanymnr Muratbekova, mentor for career guidance experts, shared approaches to building a personal brand and developing professional expertise with specialists in the field.

Anna Gnidenko, Head of the Center for Health and Wellbeing, explained the importance of considering the psychological and social well-being of school students when conducting career guidance work.

More than 500 career guidance specialists from Astana, Almaty, Kyzylorda, as well as Kostanay, Mangystau, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan regions, and various districts of the Aktobe region reviewed practical case studies and participated in experience-sharing sessions.
