Please do not trust individuals who offer “assistance” with admission to a higher education institution on a grant basis, transfer from a tuition-based program to a grant, or enrollment in a paid program without the required minimum score.
Educational grants are allocated by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and are awarded exclusively through an open competition.
Such actions are considered fraudulent. If such cases are identified, the information will be forwarded to law enforcement authorities.
