Artificial Intelligence in the Research Process: Opportunities and Responsibilities
As part of the Month of Science, Kairat Moldashev held a seminar titled “Effective and Ethical Use of Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research.”
During the seminar, participants discussed modern approaches to using artificial intelligence at different stages of the research process. Particular attention was paid to issues of academic integrity, scientific standards, and the ethical risks associated with the use of AI.
The seminar also covered ways to improve researchers’ productivity through pre-designed instructions on the MethodMate platform, methods for verifying the reliability of results, working with data sources, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the development of research skills.
The meeting contributed to strengthening the research competencies of young scientists, doctoral students, academic supervisors, and staff of research departments.
