Career Bridge: Job Fair

A job fair was held at the university, aimed at supporting graduate employment and strengthening cooperation with employers.

The event brought together representatives of government agencies, industrial enterprises, educational and financial organizations, private sector companies, as well as local administrations and career centers from 12 districts of the region. They provided graduates with comprehensive information about job demand and available vacancies. During meetings with district representatives, participants were informed about opportunities for entering the regional labor market, the mechanisms of the «Jastar tajiribesi» («Youth Practice») program, and the conditions of government support measures.

The fair attracted around 2,500 graduates. High demand was identified for teachers of mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science, primary school teachers, and specialists in inclusive education. In non-teaching fields, demand was noted in finance and economics, law, engineering and technical fields, information and communication technologies, and the service sector.

The job fair made a positive contribution to strengthening effective cooperation between graduates and employers. It also supported graduates’ adaptation to the labor market, expanded employment opportunities, and contributed to the development of the region’s human capital.
