Quality Assurance in Higher Education Discussed at University Forum

The 4th Institutional Research Forum titled «Quality Assurance in Higher Education Institutions: Effective Use of Data to Enhance Engagement with Stakeholders» was held at Zhubanov University.

The forum was organized in collaboration with the professional community of institutional researchers, which includes universities such as Nazarbayev University, KIMEP University, SDU University, University of International Business (UIB), QyzPU, and DKU. Participants from Western Kazakhstan included Sh. Yessenov Caspian University of Technology and Engineering, Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, and Marat Ospanov West Kazakhstan Medical University.

The forum focused on the development of institutional research, data-driven decision-making, improving the quality of education, and integrating international best practices into higher education institutions.

Participants emphasized that data analysis and its effective application have become essential tools for the strategic development of universities. This approach enables higher education institutions to adapt to changing societal demands and enhance their overall competitiveness.
