Effective Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies
The Summer School aimed at enhancing the competencies of faculty members in the effective use of artificial intelligence technologies in teaching, research, and academic activities has successfully concluded.
As part of the program, 50 university lecturers gained comprehensive knowledge of modern AI-powered digital tools and practical approaches to their application across various areas of education and research. Participants explored contemporary methods of using artificial intelligence for the development of teaching and learning materials, creation of educational content, preparation and editing of academic texts, data processing and analysis, as well as the visualization of research findings.
During the training, participants examined the methodological foundations of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process in the context of the digital transformation of higher education. Particular attention was paid to the legal and ethical aspects of using generative AI tools in academia, ensuring compliance with the principles of academic integrity, improving the quality of research publications, enhancing research productivity, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
The outcomes of the Summer School represent an important step toward fostering a culture of responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence technologies among faculty members, strengthening their competencies for working in a digital academic environment, and improving the quality of educational and research activities.
