The Department of Academic Affairs (DAA) is an independent structural unit established to enhance the efficiency and quality organization of the educational process and to coordinate the academic activities of faculties and departments in accordance with the main directions of implementing higher and postgraduate educational programs at the university.
The main objective of the DAA is to coordinate the implementation of academic policy, planning, organization, and improvement of the educational process in line with the university's development strategy.
Main areas of activity of the DAA:
- Formation and management of student enrollment flow.
- Student services and documentation.
- Organization of the educational process at all levels of education.
- Development of annual teaching hours for departments and control over the planning of individual teaching loads in accordance with relevant requirements.
- Development of class schedules, timetables for students’ independent work under the guidance of instructors, as well as schedules for midterm and final assessments throughout the university in accordance with the academic calendar.
