The main goal of educational work at the Faculty of Foreign Languages is to educate well-rounded, active and socially responsible professionals who meet the requirements of modern society.
Educational work at the faculty is carried out in several important areas, based on a specific plan.
In particular:
Formation of patriotic and spiritual and moral values;
Formation of an anti-corruption culture;
Education through inclusive education (adaptation to the environment and social support);
Promotion of a healthy lifestyle and physical education.
These areas are closely related to three main components of educational work:
• formation of a professional labor culture;
• development of civic and legal culture;
• strengthening the moral values of students.
Educational work at the faculty is systematically carried out with the support of mentor hours, the Youth Policy Department and student self-government organizations.
In order to increase the activity of students and ensure their participation in public life at the university, a self-government structure has been created. Students can become active members of the faculty council and various collective organizations. In addition, the Student Dean's Office, established at the initiative of students, is carrying out its work. This organization considers proposals and questions related to the course of students' education and social and household issues and contributes to their resolution.
Students who pay tuition fees have the right to receive discounts based on the results of the session, apply for free state grants and named scholarships. As a result of such complex work, the faculty has created all the conditions for the development of students' personal abilities and their formation as full-fledged individuals.

In order to develop the creative, intellectual and social activity of students, 5 clubs and 4 fractions operate at the Faculty of Foreign Languages. Each organization has its own goals and directions, all of which support student initiatives and create conditions for personal development.
Clubs:
1. “GENZEE” Dance Club

The club, aimed at developing creative abilities, provides students with the opportunity to express themselves through dance.
2. “EcoMadeniet” Volunteer Organization

The goal of the organization is to increase environmental and economic literacy, instill social responsibility in young people through projects and events aimed at protecting the environment.
3. “Finex” Debate Club (IEK)

The club works as a debate platform aimed at developing students' critical thinking and oratory skills.
4. “Turan” Debate Club (IEO)

Working within the framework of the Union of Intellectual Elites, this club aims to develop students' ability to argue their opinions.
5. “ENGLISH SPEAKING CLUB”

The main goal of the club for students learning English is to hold meetings in a speaking format aimed at developing speaking skills.
Fractions:
The fraction is aimed at developing the creative potential and vocal abilities of students. It provides an opportunity to actively participate in various concerts and art evenings and gain practical experience.

The Fraction aims to promote a healthy lifestyle and increase students' physical activity through sports games.
All of these organizations allow students to have an active life outside of the academic process, opening the way for them to develop their leadership, creative, and intellectual abilities.
