Among the graduates of our faculty there are many distinguished teachers and figures such as Moldasheva S. G., Kononets L.F., Iskarenova S. I., Orazalin O.S., candidates of science Iskindirova S. K., Kushkarova G., Sarbasova A. E., masters and heads of educational centers (Tkachev D. – educational center “Crown”, Sarsenbayeva A. – training center “Moonlight”, etc.), teachers of Universities, such as Nazarbayev University (Mashtakova M, Danilova B.), Kazakh-German University (D. Matchanov) and Nazarbayev intellectual schools in Kazakhstan and singer Edilbaeva Indira, Mukatov Meyrbek – Head of the managing department, Ministry of Information and Communication of RK.

The majority of graduates are employed in training centers of Aktobe city as English teachers: Lingvo centre “Darina”, Training center “ISMA”, LLP “Dream Builders”, training center “BEST”, training center “Thinkvein”, LLP “International training”, Training centre “Interlingua”, etc. Many graduates of the faculty were employed in secondary schools as teachers of English: secondary school No. 19, school № 51, school № 61, school № 20, school №25, school № 5, school №17. Some graduates of the faculty are invited to work as teachers of English in the colleges of the city: Aktobe Cooperative College, Aktobe Road College. In addition, our graduates are employed as interpreters in companies such as “Agip KCO”, “Karachaganak petroleum operating B. V.”, LLP “TengizChevroil”, LLP “Oiltechnogroup”, LLP “Firm Ada oil”, translation agencies “Mankent”, “Intense Pro”, etc.

Graduates of the specialty 6B01706-“Foreign language: two foreign languages” of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Zhubanov University are a huge family scattered around the world. Our students received a fundamental education, which allowed them to achieve significant results in their activities. These are excellent specialists who are in demand in the most important and promising areas of human activity – in science, art, education, as well as other areas. We are proud of our graduates. It is important for us to know how their future fate develops. Our teachers correspond with their former students, they remember and love everyone who studied with them. Among the graduates of our department there are many honored teachers and figures, such as Moldasheva S.G., Kononets L.F., Iskarinova S.I., Orazalin O.S., as well as candidates of Sciences Iskindirova S.K., Kushkarova G.K., Sarbasova A.E., masters and heads of training centers (Tkacheva D. — Crown Training Center, Sarsenbayeva A. – training center “Moonlight”, etc.), teachers of universities such as Nazarbayev University (Mashtakova M, Dabylova B.), Kazakh-German University (Matchanova D.) and Nazarbayev intellectual schools throughout Kazakhstan. In addition, our graduates work in urban and rural schools, gymnasiums, lyceums and colleges. Also, many of our graduates have become holders of the International Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Bolashak” (Sultanova A., Seilkhanov N., etc.), have graduated or are studying in foreign countries. There are graduates who have also graduated or are studying under the Fullbright exchange program for young scientists (Sultanova A. – Indiana University, USA). Therefore, a graduate of our department is a comprehensively trained person with a clear life position.

In 2019-2020, active work was carried out to develop partnerships with practice bases – schools. In order to expand the base of practice in the current academic year, contracts were concluded with schools of the district and other schools of the region, such as Martuk district, Rodnikovskaya secondary school, Alginsky district, Marzhanbulak secondary school, Irgiz district, named after Y. Altynsarin. Secondary school, Mugalzhar district, Kumzhargan secondary school, Alginsky district, Alginsky secondary School No. 3, Shalkar district, gymnasium No. 1, Mugalzhar district, Kandyagash city, secondary school No. 1, Mugalzhar district, Kandyagash city, Bayganinsky district, Miyaly village, T. Aibergenova village. Secondary school, Atyrau region, Atyrau, Yerkinkala secondary School, Kyzylorda region, Karmakshinsky district, village of Irkol, secondary school No. 106, Mangystau region, Aktau, named after Fariza Ongarsynova Secondary School No. 29, Kyzylorda region, Kazaly village, named after Zh. It develops partnerships not only with schools, but also with preschool institutions of the city. Since 2019, the department has expanded its partnership activities and established contact with a new practice base. Student Zhaksylykova Akzharkyn had an internship at the Almaray kindergarten, according to the order of October 3, 2019.

Graduates of the EP are employed in their specialty in secondary schools of the region and the western region of Kazakhstan, in universities and colleges of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in public and private institutions

“Employment of graduates of accredited EP

The vast majority of graduates are employed in their specialty, but some of them seek to continue their studies.

According to report after graduation about 80% of graduates are employed in 2018. Most of them get employment in the educational centers of the city of Aktobe as teachers of English language (Lingvocentre “Darina”, Training center “ISMA” LLP “Dream Builders”, Training center “BEST”, Training center “Cinquain”,LLP “International training”, Training centre “Interlingua”, etc.). Many graduates were employed in secondary schools as teachers of English (secondary school №19, SSG №51, school №61, school №20, school №25, school №5, SSG №17, etc.). Some graduates are invited to work as teachers of English in the colleges of the city (Aktobe Cooperative College, Aktobe Road College). In addition, our graduates are employed as instructors and assistants translators(“Agip KCO”, translation agency “Mankent”, etc.).

Graduates ooccupy high duties in such companies and firms as TCO Kulsary, Altius Petroleum International LLP, Aktobe, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating BV LLP, Aksai, CNPC AktobeMunai Gas Aktobe,”Schlumberger Logelco Inc.” Aktobe, LLP “DostykMunayKurylys”, Aktobe, “Sun Drilling”, Aktobe city.

Our students undergo internship at various enterprises of Aktobe and other regions. These are such enterprises as TCO Kulsary, Altius Petroleum International LLP, Aktobe, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating BV LLP, Aksai, CNPC AktobeMunai Gas Aktobe, Schlumberger Logelco Inc., Aktobe LLP “DostykMunayKurylys”, “Sun Drilling”, Aktobe and others.

Based on the study of the resume and personal data of students, they select best graduates.

For effective work on employment, to assist students and graduates in choosing the field of professional development, the Department of admission and career guidance functions at the K. Zhubanov ARU. The Department holds open meetings with employers, job fairs, and provides assistance in employment. The Department provides professional assistance to students in making career decisions and finding a job, conducts career guidance consultations, seminars and trainings, lessons on business etiquette, develops recommendations for practical training.

Since May 20, 2020, K. Zhubanov ARU has been opening a new online platform-a digital job fair for its graduates and employers, the main purpose of which is an easy and fast way to employ graduates of bachelor’s and master’s degrees. By registering on the Zhubanov University electronic exchange, graduates will be able to declare themselves, post resumes, and view available vacancies. Employers with the help of the new service will be able to post vacancies, view data about a potential employee, invite young people for an interview (https://facultetus.kz/fairs/arsu/manage).

The management is systematically working on concluding agreements with the enterprises of the city and the region in order to expand the practice base.

Training centers of the city of Aktobe and the region were chosen as the basis for practical training : “Success Training Center”, joint stock Company “SNPS-Aktobemunaygas”, Darabala training center, ATSERVICE training center, Dunie College, Gymnasium No. 6 of Khromtau district, training center “Destination”, secondary school No. 5 of the city of Aktobe state institution, training center “Darina”, GU “Bayganinsky district Department of Education”, LLP “BugalaiServiceEngineering”, LLP “MostAktobe”, Zhanasharua Kazakh Secondary School, IronExpert LLP, M. Ospanov Medical University, Saryzharskaya Secondary School “OMAC Integrated”, Aktobe Highway College, Sagiz Petroleum Company Housing and Communal Services, LinguaSchool Training Center, IntensePro Translation Bureau, Aseras Training Center, ProEnglish Training Center”, OilOrgsintezAktobe Company, Bolashak Training Center, Crown Training Center.

During the reporting period, according to the schedule of the educational process, students completed practical training in 12 different enterprises of the city and region: Zere Tour LLP, Aktobe, Munaygas Engineering Research and Production Company LLP, Kaspiystroyservice and K LLP, Kulsary, Batys-Munai LLP, Aktobe, IP Darmentaeva A.R. Tour firm “Planets and We”, Aktobe, IP Galieva A.A. “Onur Travel.kz “, Uralsk, IP “New Babylon”, Aktobe, JSC “SNPS – Aktobemunaygas”, LLP “SunriseEnergyKazakhstan”, Aktobe, LLP “Kazakhoylaktobe”, Aktobe. These are the Martuk gymnasium School No. 2, Aktobe Humanitarian College, SHVSM “Zere Tour”, school “Akbobek”, SHVSM “IntencePro”, training center “ASERAS”, KSU Secondary School No. 35 named after Haleladosmukhameduly. A dual training agreement has been concluded with Zere Tour LLP. Director of LLP “Zere Tour” Krambaeva B.H. for students of OP 5B020700-Translation business in the 1st half of the year conducts practical classes on the discipline practice of information translation for 4th year students.
