From October 27 to November 10, 2025, the Department of English and German Languages hosted Muhammad Shahidul Islam, Master of Education from the University of Toronto (Canada). During his visit, he conducted practical classes on “Language for Specific Purposes (C1)” for third-year students of the program 6B01706 – Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages, and led workshops for the department’s faculty.
His sessions focused on academic writing, research publication strategies, and innovative methods in language teaching, emphasizing the integration of interdisciplinary and research-based approaches. The visit fostered professional exchange and enhanced the department’s academic and methodological capacity, contributing to its ongoing international development.
