Also, many of our graduates have become holders of the International Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Bolashak” (Sultanova A., Seilkhanov N., etc.), have graduated or are studying in foreign countries. For example, every second of the graduates of 2018, 2019, 2020 got a job, 50% of the graduates of 2021 and 2022 continued their studies and entered the master’s program. Accordingly, the percentage of employment decreased sharply and amounted to 52-55%, respectively. This is one of the main reasons for the annual decline in employment.

During professional pedagogical practice, the foundations of professional activity, practical skills and professional personal qualities of an English teacher, attitude to the profession are laid. The professional formation of a student as an English teacher of an educational institution depends on the level of success of the work in each practice. An important indicator for assessing the quality of training of university graduates is their need in the labor market. Therefore, 95% of our graduates get a job in the specialty.
In order to implement a quality education system, the Department of English and German languages conducts organizational and methodological work aimed at promoting professional self-determination and professional formation of graduates.
Pedagogical practice in the EP 6В01706-Foreign Language: two foreign languages are conducted in each course for the entire period of training and include the following types of practice:
1) educational (introductory)Practice (1 course, not less than 2 credits, in the amount of 60 hours),
2) psychological and pedagogical practice (2 courses, at least 2 credits, in the amount of 60 hours);
3) pedagogical practice (3 courses, not less than 6 credits, in the amount of 180 hours);
Format of practice: without interruption and/or interruption of theoretical training.
Educational (introductory) practice should be aimed at understanding the essence and content of the future profession. The practice is held on the basis of the department" English-German languages".
The psychological and pedagogical practice of students is aimed at practical familiarization with the procedure for studying the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of the personality and team of students, the formation of the ability to conduct a psychological and pedagogical analysis of the lesson/lesson (educational event).
Pedagogical practice of students is aimed at establishing a connection between the theoretical knowledge gained in the study of public, psychological-pedagogical and special disciplines and practice; the formation of students 'practical skills and skills in planning, organizing and conducting educational, extracurricular, educational work on the subject; the formation of students' ability to draw up relevant documentation in educational organizations in accordance with the requirements of conducting classes in the format of distance learning with the updated content of Secondary Education. Pedagogical practice allows students to carry out diagnostic activities, adapt to school, form a communicative culture, develop organizational skills, tactics and strategies of pedagogical communication.
Production pedagogical practice of students of graduation groups includes a comprehensive introduction of students into practical pedagogical activities within the framework of the updated content of education; the formation of practical skills in independent conduct of training sessions, analysis and evaluation/self-assessment; modern teaching strategies in practical activities (critical thinking, functional literacy, criterion-based assessment, co-learning), innovative educational and distance learning technologies; practical implementation of psychological and pedagogical research in accordance with the chosen topic of the graduate qualification work, the implementation of practical skills in working with children with special educational needs.
