To ensure high-quality training of bachelors, the faculty's teaching staff annually develops and updates educational and methodological documentation: work programs, syllabi, brief lecture notes, methodological guidelines for practical (seminar) classes, and educational-methodical complexes for courses. For practical training, necessary equipment is available (compasses, globes, backpacks, tents, collections of minerals and rocks, wall maps, etc.).
Taking into account the department's achievements in 2017, one computer was allocated to the department (December 2017).
In the 2018-2019 academic year, classrooms No. 201, 202, 211, and 307 were renovated and equipped with interactive whiteboards and computers.
The faculty has a strong material base: three computer classrooms and one mobile computer classroom. Out of 38 academic rooms, 23 are specialized. 70% of the educational spaces are equipped with interactive whiteboards.
In the 2020-2021 academic year, a "Tourism" classroom was established. It is equipped with interactive whiteboards, laptops with ArcGIS software, tourism equipment for active types of tourism, and modern equipment for organizing virtual tourism.
