Graduate employment is one of the key indicators of professional training of specialists. The Department of Public Administration, Finance, and Marketing places great emphasis on this issue. The work on graduate employment includes a comprehensive set of measures aimed at providing informational, methodological, psychological, and organizational support to graduates in order to help them adapt to the labor market.
To attract business leaders as potential employers, it has become a tradition to hold job fairs and roundtable discussions with the participation of company executives and organizations to establish business contacts. Our faculty has established connections with the following enterprises and institutions: JSC "TsESNA Bank," JSC "Sberbank Kazakhstan," JSC "Forte Bank," JSC "Qazkom Bank," JSC "TsESNA Bank," the Department of the Agency for Public Service and Counteracting Corruption in the Aktobe region, staffing agencies "Tau," "Needed People," LLP "Apple City," LLP "Atameken Nan," LLP "SBK Titan," and others.

To ensure effective employment of graduates, the Department carries out the following activities:
- Maintaining connections with employers in the Aktobe region and the Western region;
- Creating consolidated data on job vacancies and employment offers for graduates;
- Developing a database of graduates and organizing employment-related events such as job fairs, roundtable discussions, interviews, etc.;
- Establishing partnerships, creating a communicative environment with employed graduates.
To facilitate the employment of graduates, an annual analysis of the employment rate of students is conducted.

Employment Feedback:
To assess the professional readiness of graduating students, feedback is provided by enterprise leaders about the achievements and shortcomings of students in both theoretical and practical terms, as well as about new production technologies. Consumer satisfaction with the quality of training of graduates averages 80-85% across various indicators.
Job Fair and Employer Engagement:
The Department organizes an annual "Job Fair," where final-year students present their "business cards" and "business person" portfolios to invited company executives and specialists. The event features displays showing the qualification requirements for graduates of the "Finance" and "Accounting and Auditing" specialties, their achievements in academic, scientific, and extracurricular activities, as well as interesting moments from student life. The "Job Fair" where the meeting with employers took place, discussed preliminary employment issues, and was attended by 83 students. During the event, employers informed fourth-year students about available vacancies, job responsibilities, the requirements for candidates, internal rules, etc.

Future Plans for Graduate Employment:
The department plans to further strengthen its efforts by establishing close links with enterprises, organizations, and institutions in the city and region to conduct professional internships, involve experienced specialists in the university’s educational process, research activities, and extracurricular events.
Key Tasks for Graduate Employment in 2025:
- Strengthening connections with enterprises and organizations;
- Organizing meetings with employers to enhance the quality and effectiveness of employment events;
- Organizing cooperation with employers;
- Establishing a systematic approach to targeted training for specialists based on the needs of enterprises and organizations;
- Conducting short-term and long-term forecasting of the demand for young specialists, focusing on practical training quality;
- Creating local databases for alumni from previous years and involving them in the employment process of young specialists.
Thus, the labor market in the Aktobe region offers numerous opportunities for young specialists to successfully start their careers. Today, many companies and enterprises in the Aktobe region are interested in hiring graduates from our university.
Employment of Graduates in Public Administration and Marketing:
In the specialties "Public Administration and Local Governance" and "Marketing," the employment rate reaches 85%. Graduates of these specialties work in government agencies and various business structures in our region and country.

Marketing Graduates:
Graduates of the "Marketing" specialty, such as Koblandin Galym, Kenjebaeva Indira, Beketova Aibanu, Jumashev Erbol, Mazhitov Sultan, Seitzhaparova Aida, Utegenov Dauren, were employed in government service, as well as leading enterprises in manufacturing. Graduates were employed by:

Currently, they are working as senior specialists in various state institutions in the Aktobe region.
The graduates of our department have proven themselves as highly skilled professionals in many sectors of Kazakhstan’s economy, such as the Aktobe Rail and Beam Plant, banking structures, and various district administrations. For example, Koblandin Galym is the Akim of the city of Emba in the Mugalzhar District of Aktobe Region.
