House of students

Zhubanov university has four Houses of students, equipped with everything necessary for the convenience and comfort of students.

First House of students is located on 280 Brothers Zhubanov street. The five-storey building was built in 1979 on an area of 5.516 sq. m. There are a reading room, an office of student assets, an Assembly hall, a household technical room with electric stoves and refrigerators, as well as rooms for sanitary needs (washing, drying and Ironing clothes), two shower rooms (men's and women's separately). In addition, in order to ensure the safety and control of students, the latest technologies are used: a video monitoring camera and a turnstile. The house of students is provided with WI-FI network, and with the help of video cameras "Situation center" is monitored in direct contact. The house of students is designed for 520 people.

Second House of students is located at 78 Maresyev street. It was built in 1968. The 5-storey building with an area of 7,889, 7 sq. m. houses a reading room, a student office, an Assembly hall, as well as laundry (including Ironing and drying rooms) with the necessary office equipment-electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine, there are showers and a bathroom.. Also, second House of students is equipped with surveillance cameras and turnstiles.

Third House of students is located on 7A Grishina street. The five storey building was put into operation in 2018, the total area is 5.300 sq. m. The house of students is designed for 270 beds, of which 45 rooms are double and another 45 are quadruple. Each floor is equipped with a kitchen, two shower rooms and bathrooms. There is also a Laundry room, a reading room, a cinema room, a computer room, a student Council office, and a medical isolation ward. Sports ground equipped with exercise equipment. It also uses the latest technology to ensure the safety and control of students: a video camera and a turnstile. The house of students is provided with a WI-FI network, with the help of video cameras "Situation center" monitors in direct contact.

Zhastar Uyi (Youth House) was built recently, in 2017. This is a 9-storey building that is ready to accommodate about 500 students. The Youth house is equipped with modern technologies "Smart home", as well as a library, reading room, office of student assets, medical center, Assembly hall, housing and technical rooms (electric stoves, refrigerator), allocated for sanitary needs (rooms for drying and Ironing, washing machines, shower), development center (basketball, volleyball, tennis table). Each sector has 2 rooms (2-3 beds) and rooms for personal hygiene (bath, bathroom). Just like in other house of students, the Youth House is equipped with surveillance, which allows you to ensure the safety of students using the latest technologies (Wi-FI network, surveillance cameras, electronic keys, turnstiles). They are used for direct communication of the observation with the "Situation center".
