On the basis of Resolution No. 752 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11October, 2019 "On some issues of higher education institution of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order No. 320 of the Chairman of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27 May, 2020 "On Establishment of Non-Commercial Joint-Stock Company K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University" on June 17, 2020, the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.408 dated 23 September, 2020 "On issues of the board of directors of some non-commercial joint stock companies" the composition of the board of directors of non-commercial joint stock company "K.Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University" was determined. The Board of Directors was elected:

Gulzat Izbasarovna, Chairperson of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Asemgul Zhaizhumanova, Chief expert of the Department on work with non-state legal entities with state participation of the Committee of state property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Gulnaz Suleimenova, Deputy Head of the Department of Education of Aktobe region;

Gulnaz Suleimenova, Head of Department on quality assurance in the sphere of education of Aktobe region;

Sultan Tundukpaev, Project Manager of "Atlant Aktobe" LLP, member of the Board of Directors of OYUL "Kazakhstan Solar Energy Association", independent director;

Asel Shunkeyeva, Director of the Aktobe Branch of Bank CenterCredit JSC, independent director.
