The University has established a transparent and accessible system for handling student complaints. Complaints are considered through two main channels, depending on their nature.
1. Internally Regulated Complaints
These complaints are addressed within the School and University structure. Students may raise their concerns by contacting:

Student Coordinators, Vice Dean, Dean
Vice-Rectors or the Rector of the University
In addition, the University operates a Situation Centre, which responds to student questions, requests, concerns, and complaints. QR codes linking to the Situation Centre are available across the campus. Through the QR system, students can submit inquiries and complaints directly.

If a complaint requires further review, the School may conduct an internal investigation. In cases where a complaint requires collective consideration, it is reviewed and discussed by the Ethics Panel, which makes a formal decision.
2. Complaints Requiring Independent Investigation
Some complaints cannot be resolved internally and require independent review. These are handled by the Complaints Office, an independent body operating in cooperation with the Board of Trustees of the University.
